Builds relationships with strategic accounts, chief officers, and department leaders; develops market penetration and account plans; manages pipelines and sales cycles; creates proposals; negotiates and closes complex deals; and provides leadership, coaching, and customer feedback. Requires strong knowledge of clinical engineering and medical device management, with travel up to 50% to client sites and meetings.

Lead portfolio operations to improve speed-to-value across product and IT teams. Own portfolio health, build measurement and dashboarding, remove cross-team friction, standardize operating models, recommend organizational improvements, drive AI/tool adoption, mentor program managers, and communicate status to executives.
