Lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers to drive technical adoption, monitor customer health, mitigate risk, and support renewals and expansion. Implement best practices, collaborate cross-functionally on escalations, report on team and customer metrics, and participate in executive-level technical discussions for strategic accounts.

Monitor and maintain global servers and network devices, troubleshoot network/hardware/OS issues, manage and document trouble tickets, escalate to level-two teams, update operations documentation, and participate in shift handovers to maintain 99.99% uptime.

Provide proactive technical leadership and support to strategic customers, manage escalations and incident response, meet with clients, deliver executive presentations, maintain deep knowledge of customer environments (network, security, messaging, systems), design and implement complex solutions, drive process improvements, plan production changes, and ensure customer satisfaction across Proofpoint solutions.
