Leads IAM architecture and hands-on proof-of-concept development for AI workloads, conversational agents, agent runtimes, tools, APIs, and MCP integrations. Designs OAuth/OIDC, delegation, token exchange, gateway enforcement, non-human identity, secrets management, entitlement, and lifecycle patterns. Partners with AI, platform, IAM, and security teams to establish zero-trust, compliant, production-ready standards; troubleshoots integrations, automates onboarding, supports CI/CD and IaC, documents controls, and mentors engineers.

Leads enterprise AI governance and technology risk programs, establishing responsible AI policies, controls, monitoring, approval processes, and regulatory alignment. Oversees risks involving models, data, privacy, cybersecurity, cloud, third parties, and operational resilience. Advises executives, regulators, auditors, governance committees, and the Board while building a high-performing risk and AI governance team.

Leads enterprise technology change governance across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and security. Oversees CAB/ECAB decisions, change risk assessment, release and blackout coordination, executive escalations, audit readiness, and ServiceNow Change and CMDB governance. Leads Internal Audit’s Quality Assurance and Improvement Program through independent audit reviews, methodology assessments, analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled quality processes. Evaluates audit workpapers, risk assessments, testing, reporting, and documentation for compliance with standards and regulatory expectations. Provides coaching, training, executive reporting, and continuous-improvement insights while developing controls for reliable and explainable AI outputs. Partners with audit teams and leadership to identify trends, root causes, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve audit quality and consistency.

Supports technology sourcing activities for software, SaaS, licensing, maintenance, renewals, and related services. Develops negotiation strategies, analyzes supplier proposals, negotiates commercial terms, coordinates contracting, manages supplier communications, and partners with Technology, Legal, Finance, Risk, and business stakeholders. Identifies cost savings, improves agreements, maintains sourcing records, and provides recommendations throughout the sourcing lifecycle.

Provide operational and application support for advisor-facing technology: manage access requests, troubleshoot issues, communicate with advisors and internal partners, perform reconciliations, reporting, and participate in product and process improvement initiatives.
