Translate customer and business needs into product strategies, prioritize backlogs, guide cross-functional teams, and measure adoption, usability, customer impact, and business outcomes. Champion responsible AI practices involving quality, privacy, transparency, and trust while using customer feedback and product data to continuously improve products.

Leads the Digital Commons Product Operations team, overseeing client onboarding, migrations, manual integrations, customer lifecycle management, retention, risk mitigation, product workflow collaboration, and cross-functional delivery. Develops managers and associates, sets departmental priorities, allocates resources, executes business plans, and advises Product leadership using client and technical insights. Partners closely with Sales and Consulting Services to support launches, resolve risks, improve adoption, and drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Prospects for new business through phone, email, and LinkedIn; researches and qualifies leads; coordinates with Marketing and sales teams; schedules demonstrations and meetings; builds pipeline; documents prospect information; and identifies decision-makers to generate qualified sales opportunities.
