Owns the strategic vision, operating models, onboarding curriculum, train-the-trainer programs, knowledge bases, quality processes, performance metrics, and AI enablement strategy. The role develops high-performing teams, reduces frontline ramp time and turnover, creates closed-loop feedback systems, and aligns training outcomes with operational KPIs while scaling support operations.

Supports clients and therapists through phone and live chat by troubleshooting billing and platform issues, explaining insurance benefits, educating users, and identifying root causes for Product teams. The role advocates for customers, resolves problems, meets conversation-volume metrics, and adapts to changing priorities in a fully remote startup environment.
