Leads HR technology programs and system enhancements by analyzing business needs, defining requirements, configuring applications, analyzing workflows, managing testing, and ensuring compliance with SDLC, SOX, change control, and audit procedures. Serves as the liaison between HR Operations, business leaders, and technology teams while resolving escalated HR systems issues and supporting cross-functional process improvements.

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of instructional design experience.

Handle employee HR inquiries and processes, including benefits, leave, workers’ compensation, onboarding, background checks, and HR data transactions. Provide accurate, timely issue resolution through calls and communications, document cases, navigate HR systems, escalate matters appropriately, and meet service-level requirements in a high-volume call center environment.

Administer employee accommodation claims and guide employees through ADA-related processes. Coordinate documentation, medical information requests, claim status updates, case management records, HR system transactions, and referrals to accommodation specialists. Resolve routine HR questions, protect confidential information, meet service-level agreements, and provide responsive, professional support to employees and HR personnel.

Leads regional advertising sales for Spectrum Reach, owning revenue performance, streaming and CTV growth, business development, forecasting, and sales strategy. Manages a large distributed sales organization, including directors, managers, and account executives. Develops talent, drives accountability, builds client relationships, and partners with Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Product. Requires frequent travel across multiple states and expertise in advanced advertising, ad operations, analytics, and yield management.

Handles inbound customer calls, resolves billing and service concerns, processes orders, and identifies upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities. The role requires meeting call-handling and sales goals, explaining telecommunications products, maintaining customer satisfaction, and using billing and other software systems in an in-office call center.

Recruit, develop, and manage Value-Added Reseller partners to expand Spectrum’s business market presence and generate revenue. The role creates sales plans for fiber and coaxial solutions, trains reseller partners, supports complex deals, develops partner communications, monitors performance, resolves sales challenges, and attends industry events. Travel may reach 50%.
