Designs and evaluates post-quantum cryptography solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Manage the full lifecycle of TSA IT hardware and software assets, including inventory, issuance, movement, returns, reconciliation, configuration records, chain-of-custody, and disposition. Maintain audit-ready documentation, produce asset metrics and reports, resolve discrepancies, support licensing compliance, and improve asset management processes. Manage complex U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance, including audits, agency inquiries, filings, reconciliations, tax adjustments, employee tax configurations, and W-2/W-2c and T4 reporting. Resolve escalated tax matters, oversee registrations and vendor coordination, identify control gaps, and improve payroll tax processes while ensuring regulatory accuracy and timely reporting.

Supports defense programs by developing budgets, forecasts, EACs, AOPs, financial reports, and variance analyses. Partners with program managers to identify financial risks and opportunities, manage costs, cash flow, subcontractors, invoices, collections, and unbilled balances. Performs month-end close, EVM analysis, pricing for contract growth, and financial reviews across multiple contract types.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath RPA automations and reusable components. Support process discovery, pilots, integration with enterprise systems, documentation, performance metrics, cybersecurity compliance, and user adoption for U.S. Coast Guard automation initiatives.

Develop, configure, integrate, and operationalize command-and-control (C2) and Common Operating Picture (COP) applications.
