Supports commercial financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, reporting, dashboards, pricing evaluation, and business insights. Manage scratch and dent order processing, inventory coordination, returns, product allocation, and fulfillment for retail partners. Maintain accurate customer, item, pricing, and product data across systems. Develop reporting, dashboards, and analyses while collaborating with distribution centers, supply chain, and product teams to identify trends and improve operational processes.

Analyzes customer operations, order performance, inventory, fulfillment, and service metrics for national accounts and retail partners. Manages complex order requirements, monitors order flow, resolves service issues, develops dashboards and reporting, and supports customer programs and launches. Collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing, Finance, and IT to improve processes, operational performance, and customer growth.

Supports North American customer operations by analyzing transportation, service, and order execution data. Manages Container Direct Program requirements, monitors lead times and customer-specific compliance, develops dashboards and performance metrics, resolves delivery and operational issues, and recommends improvements for cost reduction, customer adoption, service performance, and profitability. Collaborates with Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Transportation, Sales, and Sourcing teams to support leadership decisions and continuous improvement.

Supports Contract Channel sales operations through customer quote administration, pricing maintenance, forecasting, new product implementation, issue resolution, and performance reporting. Partners with Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to ensure pricing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, maintain operational workflows, and improve forecast visibility and channel performance for strategic accounts.

Coordinates and audits last-mile delivery and installation operations, resolves order issues with third-party logistics providers, reconciles overdue orders, manages claims and invoice validation, and produces delivery status and KPI reports. The role also monitors system integrations, supports cost-saving initiatives, and collaborates with regional managers and internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Manage sourcing and supplier relationships for aftermarket parts and indirect materials. Lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, cost-reduction initiatives, supplier performance, inventory availability, compliance, packaging standards, and risk mitigation. Analyze purchasing data, manage quotations and cross-functional projects, develop suppliers, reduce part complexity, and ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
