The Mongo Database Engineer will design and implement database solutions, enhance security, lead automation processes, and optimize database structures, contributing to national security initiatives.

Design and deliver AI-enabled features for a web-based government workflow application using LLMs, RAG, and agentic patterns. Build POCs and production-ready systems, implement orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering, integrate AI/LLM APIs, maintain full-stack apps, establish observability and guardrails, and ensure security and CI/CD practices.

Support enterprise RHEL environments to configure, validate, and report DISA STIG compliance. Administer RHEL applications, develop/debug shell and PowerShell scripts, use SteelCloud ConfigOS, and manage virtual/cloud servers (Hyper-V, Azure). Collaborate with stakeholders, integrate ServiceNow workflows, and maintain DoD security standards and certifications.

Manage and enforce endpoint security through Group Policy and AD configurations, audit compliance, administer AD Sites and Services, RBAC, and service accounts. Provide AD secondary support, document processes, and collaborate with Intune and security teams to prepare for migrations and ensure continuous endpoint hardening.

Conduct background investigations for the Department of Homeland Security, interviewing subjects and documenting findings to resolve issues and establish suitability.
