Leads Vanguard’s financial planning methodology and R&D team, shaping advice offerings across advised and self-directed experiences. Evaluates and deploys planning tools, partners with product and technology teams, oversees solution evolution, and builds relationships with internal and external providers. The role also develops and manages financial planning experts while driving complex initiatives and innovative, technology-enabled advice solutions.

Manage business processes, organizations, security, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, and staffing structures. Translate business requirements into scalable configurations, maintain governance and documentation, support releases and data integrity, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with HR, technology, security, reporting, integration teams, and vendors.

Full-time rotational program preparing participants for careers as Financial Advisors through hands-on experience in client support, retail sales, advice, and personal financial planning. Participants receive mentorship from CFP professionals, develop investment and client relationship skills, and complete the CFP Board Apprenticeship pathway. An undergraduate degree, CFP Board-registered coursework, SIE completion, and eventual Series 7 and 66 licensing are required.
