Manage accounting, financial reporting, regulatory filings, audits, budgets, and compliance for a portfolio of captive insurance companies. Serve as the primary accounting contact for clients, senior management, regulators, auditors, and service providers. Manages financial analytics and product delivery for pharmacy benefit clients, including RFPs, procurement projects, renewals, market checks, PBM contract reviews, financial modeling, reporting, and presentations. Analyzes pharmacy spend, utilization, trends, and cost drivers using proprietary tools and Excel. Leads peer reviews, manages project timelines, improves processes, and mentors and trains financial analysts and new employees.

Audit aggregate stop loss claims, validate contract eligibility and exceptions, review enrollment and attachment-point calculations, verify funding, and prepare client audit reports and exhibits. The role also responds to TPA appeals, supports process improvements, and works independently while maintaining strong analytical, organizational, communication, and detail-oriented standards.

Provides Level 2 support for SaaS and custom insurance applications through phone, chat, email, and in-person channels. Troubleshoots access issues and data errors, supports application conversions and implementations, assists with software upgrade testing, follows security and access standards, and escalates complex issues. Requires strong customer service, application troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role is hybrid or remote with approximately 5% travel.
