Leads the long-term hardware product roadmap for DC switching products, translating customer and market needs into product requirements and strategy. Design, simulate, analyze, and productionize high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and SERDES in advanced CMOS technologies. Develop optimized layout floor plans, guide layout engineers, evaluate topology trade-offs, create analog testing plans, and collaborate with process and test engineering teams to characterize products. Support design methodologies, release flows, behavioral modeling, and circuit analysis.

Provides on-site IT support for employees and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows hardware, software, applications, laptops, printers, scanners, conference room systems, Teams phones, and network connectivity. The role deploys and images devices, performs hardware repairs, manages Active Directory tasks, resolves incidents within SLAs, supports account access, and maintains accurate tickets and technical documentation.

Design, implement, simulate, and bring to production high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, SERDES) in advanced CMOS FinFET. Create and supervise layout, evaluate topology trade-offs for power/area/linearity/bandwidth, develop test plans with PE/TE teams, and follow team design methodologies and release flows.

Manage technical data for IP Routing hardware NPI programs: support NPI from data entry through factory implementation, maintain product data and Engineering Change Orders across the product lifecycle, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure accurate PLM/PDM records and implementation.

Lead a mechanical development team designing opto-electronic packages and modules. Manage project plans, cross-disciplinary coordination, technical reviews (FMEAs, FEA), DFM with suppliers, resource planning, status reporting, and drive product quality, reliability, and innovation for high-speed communications.
