Lead global telecommunications patent litigation, including infringement, validity, essentiality, and technical analyses. Prepare patents and legal actions, coordinate external counsel across jurisdictions, and support worldwide licensing activities. The role requires synthesizing technical and legal expertise, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and developing litigation and licensing strategies, with emphasis on U.S. matters, 3GPP technologies, FRAND, and standard-essential patent frameworks.

Manages the lifecycle and strategy of networking products, translating customer and market needs into technical requirements, business cases, releases, pricing, documentation, and demonstrations. Occasional travel to Nokia sites and customer premises is required.

Design and implement high-performance, 3GPP-compliant 5G Core control- and user-plane functions on ARM-based embedded Linux. Develop in C/Go/Rust, use DPDK for packet processing, optimize latency/throughput, debug protocol and performance issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate carrier-grade systems.

Design, develop, and validate RF propagation models; perform coverage, capacity, and throughput analysis for Wi‑Fi, 5G NR, and NTN; build simulation environments; conduct field surveys and measurement validation; automate RF analysis and visualize results; support network planning and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
