Build Layer‑3 mesh networking, multi-hop routing, dynamic resource management, EAP‑TLS security, and integration with gNB/UE stacks to optimize latency, reliability, and throughput in distributed wireless environments.

Design and implement high-performance, 3GPP-compliant 5G Core control- and user-plane functions on ARM-based embedded Linux. Develop in C/Go/Rust, use DPDK for packet processing, optimize latency/throughput, debug protocol and performance issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate carrier-grade systems.

Provide 24/7 advanced technical support for optical products, troubleshoot complex system-level issues, escalate and liaise with R&D to drive resolutions, document support activities, train junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Periodic on-call duties required.
