Leads regional general contractor, commissioning, architecture/engineering, and service contracts for large-scale datacenter construction. Responsibilities include contract execution, negotiation, compliance, risk mitigation, supplier coordination, budgets, change orders, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication. The role partners with legal, procurement, engineering, construction, and project teams while managing contractor performance and executive sponsor meetings across North Carolina projects.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite and senior leaders at a Tier 1 retailer, driving Azure and Microsoft AI adoption, consumption, and workload modernization. Develop executive engagement strategies, identify AI business scenarios, shape data foundations and governance, orchestrate cross-functional Microsoft teams, and influence product and investment decisions to deliver measurable business value and accelerate customer outcomes and Microsoft revenue growth.

Serve as the primary engineering advocate for strategic enterprise security customers: lead technical escalations and incident response, drive customer health and service-improvement plans, analyze telemetry and support trends, influence product engineering with customer advocacy, mentor peers, and scale practices to improve resilience and operational readiness across Microsoft Security solutions.

Lead design and analysis of large experiments and observational studies; select causal inference methods; develop and productionize ML and causal models; set experimentation best practices; influence metrics and measurement; mentor junior data scientists; present results to senior stakeholders.

Manage procurement and material management for multiple datacenter construction projects: run RFI/RFP processes, negotiate contracts and change orders, oversee supplier performance and compliance, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure SLA-driven deliverables.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of technical infrastructure integration for data center construction projects. Manage scope, schedules, risks, budgets, procurement, vendor performance, commissioning, and facility readiness while aligning stakeholders across engineering, construction, and operations. Drive continuous improvement, safety, and operational turnover to prepare facilities for production.

Serve as the primary post-sales delivery lead for strategic enterprise customers: orchestrate Microsoft and partner resources, develop customer success plans, track adoption and consumption, run program reviews, prioritize engagements, drive usage and retention, and align cloud solutions to customer business outcomes.

Lead strategy and roadmap for support tooling, prioritize build-vs-buy decisions, embed AI/LLM capabilities responsibly (agent-assist, summarization, knowledge retrieval), drive adoption and telemetry, coordinate releases across engineering and support, and align stakeholders to improve agent productivity and CSAT.

Lead technical presales engagements for Microsoft security solutions, including Entra, Purview, Defender, and Sentinel. Deliver discovery sessions, demonstrations, whiteboarding, solution designs, and proof-of-concept efforts. Build competitive strategies, resolve technical blockers, guide customer decisions, collaborate with partners and deployment teams, and help existing customers optimize security product usage. Embed governance, security, and compliance into customer engagements while quantifying business value and supporting sales targets.

Design and lead end-to-end enterprise data and GenAI architectures, drive cloud migration/modernization, define GenAI/Copilot/agentic patterns (RAG, embeddings, vector search), establish MLOps/LLMOps and governance, ensure Responsible AI and security, and act as trusted technical advisor across presales through production.
