Supports technology professional services engagements from consultation through delivery and support. Partners with clients, sales, presales, project managers, and delivery teams to align solutions, coordinate resources, track timelines, risks, KPIs, client satisfaction, and financial performance. Helps manage scope, execution, escalations, service expansion, and continuous improvement across moderately complex technology projects.

Leads a cloud-focused Managed Services Engineering team responsible for service delivery, operational performance, resource allocation, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
