Write production code, manage and mentor engineers and contractors, establish quality standards, and coordinate with platform, data, decisioning, orchestration, and activation teams. Ensure high performance, traceability, fault tolerance, and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Leads retention and lifecycle strategies for mail order pharmacy members, improving refill rates, auto-refill enrollment, adherence, utilization, and long-term engagement. Provides Tier 3 production support, evaluates new Workday functionality, supports releases and integrations, and drives continuous improvement. This is an independent, fully remote contributor role.

Leads strategic and operational cyber threat intelligence analysis, prioritizing threat actors, assessing current and emerging risks, and translating findings into actionable countermeasures.
