Leads supply planning for Honeywell’s Process Technology business, optimizing inventory and meeting customer demand. Supports global planners with Kinaxis and SAP IBP expertise, improves APO processes, drives standardized planning practices, and promotes continuous improvement. Provides training, coaching, and mentoring while partnering cross-functionally to manage supply plans, monitor performance, and improve planning capabilities.

Owns gap closure, process mapping, UAT, cutover readiness, training, change management, issue resolution, reporting, and standardization. Ensures alignment with implementation plans and Honeywell’s global supply planning design model while driving adoption and effective use of the ERP system.

Leads organizational change and business readiness for SAP S/4HANA deployments. The role develops OCM plans, assesses impacts, coordinates change networks and role-based training, supports UAT, evaluates readiness, manages hypercare, and directs external and business change teams. It partners with business leaders, process owners, site leaders, training teams, and IT to drive adoption and ensure successful transition to business ownership.

Leads global Integrated Supply Chain communications, advising the Chief ISC Officer and translating strategy into internal, executive, external, digital, and change communications. Develops narratives, employee engagement programs, leadership visibility, transformation communications, storytelling, and reputation support. Owns FI/CO, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Controlling, financial close, Universal Journal, Fiori, and integrations with enterprise and EPM systems.
