Lead StableFX product vision and roadmap to enable institutional onchain stablecoin FX execution and settlement. Define core capabilities, partner with engineering, treasury, risk, compliance, and GTM to ship scalable, low-latency, API-first solutions. Drive partner integrations, issuer activation, metrics, and product growth across corridors, pairs, and use cases.

Manage day-to-day relationships with key blockchain partners to drive partner health, ecosystem alignment, onboarding, renewals, and multi-year growth strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally on product, legal, compliance, and marketing, lead executive reviews, produce partner-facing materials, and provide ecosystem insights to support Circle’s multichain strategy and core products (USDC, EURC, USYC, CCTP).

Lead day-to-day Product Risk Management operations: identify, assess, mitigate, and report product risks; define processes, standards, and tools; run risk assessments and executive reporting; partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance and auditors to embed ERM and ensure post-launch monitoring and issue remediation.

Lead regional growth strategy for USDC by building partnerships with exchanges and OTC desks, delivering regionally compliant product initiatives, and creating AI-driven, automated growth platforms. Own experimentation frameworks, dashboards, and metrics to scale liquidity, adoption, and measurable share shift versus competing stablecoins through cross-functional execution and data-driven prioritization.

Lead end-to-end concept development and execution of multi-channel brand and campaign work. Translate complex blockchain and financial concepts into clear visual storytelling, uphold brand consistency across channels, provide art direction to internal and agency teams, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and evolve Circle’s visual identity while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

Lead Circle's global community strategy and operations to scale developer, partner, and builder engagement. Build and govern a new community function, launch decentralized leadership models, run online and in-person programs, partner across Marketing/Product/Commercial, and establish KPIs, tooling, and feedback loops to drive adoption and advocacy.

Lead Circle's global fraud risk program by defining strategy, frameworks, controls, and analytics. Oversee investigations, regulatory reporting, detection systems, KPIs, and cross-functional embedding of fraud risk management across products and jurisdictions.

Serve as Circle's internal authority on prudential banking regulation for stablecoins, payments, custody, and blockchain infrastructure. Advise senior leadership, engage with U.S. banking regulators, translate supervisory frameworks to digital-asset products, partner with cross-functional teams, and coordinate external regulatory counsel and licensing/examination strategy.

Own strategy and execution of Circle's customer onboarding platform. Lead cross-functional teams to build scalable KYC/KYB/AML solutions, translate regulatory requirements into product requirements, drive platform metrics and transformation, and engage regulators and executives to ensure compliance and efficient market expansion.

Lead end-to-end KYC periodic reviews for higher-risk corporate customers, perform enhanced due diligence, document findings, escalate red flags, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor industry money laundering and fraud trends.
