Sell iHeartMedias Connected TV (CTV) advertising by prospecting, closing, and growing a personal book of business. Target and solicit new CTV advertisers, build relationships, negotiate deals, and drive consistent revenue growth across client categories.

Assist promotions and marketing departments by executing events, coordinating prizes, setting up equipment, engaging attendees, and capturing event media.

Provides 24/7 technical product support to broadcast industry customers through phone, email, and social channels. Troubleshoots software, hardware, network, and system issues; documents customer interactions; researches corrective actions; writes technical documentation; recommends performance improvements; and collaborates with internal teams. The role requires knowledge of radio automation software, broadcast systems, Windows, networking, and SQL Server, with strong customer service, prioritization, multitasking, and investigative skills.
