Own the end-to-end demand strategy for Airbnb Experiences across guest lifecycle, CRM, email, push, editorial content, and referrals. Define roadmaps, audience segmentation, testing frameworks, automation, success metrics, and content-to-conversion measurement. Partner with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, Brand, Creative, and external vendors to execute strategy and influence roadmap priorities. Lead development of Airbnb’s data catalog infrastructure, including metadata management, data discovery, quality, lineage, governance, privacy, access control, retention, and classification. Build scalable metadata integrations, onboarding tools, and metadata-driven policies across online, offline, machine learning, visualization, and third-party data systems. Own Airbnb’s internal platform strategy and roadmap for Supply operations tooling, including case and workforce management systems. Translate operational workflows into scalable, measurable products; design AI and human-in-the-loop processes; define requirements; write product briefs; and drive delivery, adoption, and outcomes across engineering, product marketing, operations, and senior leadership. Manage capacity planning, queue distribution, forecasting, SLAs, performance measurement, and build-versus-buy decisions.
