Translate architectures into business value, collaborate with account teams, develop strategic partnerships, and own pipeline, quota attainment, and customer outcomes.

Lead delivery and growth of Red Hat Services within the Intelligence Community territory. Manage revenue, bookings, margins, accounts, and partner relationships. Support sales with scoping, contracting, forecasting, hiring, and escalations. Build customer and partner relationships, present to executives, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand services and meet YoY growth targets.

Manage assigned SLED education accounts, driving renewals, upsell, cross-sell, net-new sales, partner engagement, customer success, forecasting, pipeline development, and quota attainment. Sell Red Hat subscriptions, training, and consulting solutions while coordinating specialists and guiding sales processes from prospecting through purchase order. Travel up to 40%.

Delivers hands-on Red Hat technology implementations for enterprise customers, helping build scalable and adaptable infrastructure. Collaborates on technical projects, documentation, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and project delivery. Uses Linux, configuration as code, scripting, automation, cloud, containers, and orchestration technologies. Provides customer enablement, mentors others, learns Red Hat solutions, travels frequently across North America, and develops toward technical leadership through training and increasingly complex implementations.
