Lead Honeywell’s Commercial transformation programs across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience. Manage trade finance operations involving guarantees, letters of credit, and related instruments. Develop policies and strategies to optimize processes, reduce financial risk, and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams to structure transactions, assess customer and supplier credit exposure, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate records of issued instruments.

Owns Honeywell’s global trade systems strategy and three-year roadmap, integrating ERP, TMS, and global trade management technologies. Leads automation, data architecture, governance, and operational improvements for export compliance, customs, trade programs, and logistics processes. Partners with logistics, legal, IT, engineering, and business teams to reduce manual work, compliance exposure, and transaction failures. Requires extensive global trade and logistics experience, expertise in regulated goods and special trade zones, systems and data architecture capabilities, and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Supports the Industrial Automation controllership function through monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, accurate financial reporting, accounting policy compliance, and financial data analysis. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure completeness and accuracy, identifies discrepancies, and helps implement process improvements. The role is hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina, and reports to the Assistant Controller.

Owns enterprise Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, roadmap, governance, security, readiness, and adoption. Manages escalated Copilot and Microsoft 365 tenant issues, coordinates feature rollouts, supports licensing, analyzes usage, and partners with business functions on training and adoption. The role also assists with tenant administration, Power Platform strategy, automation, reporting, and enterprise AI governance.

Advise Honeywell on U.S. sanctions, AML, and trade-control compliance; manage high-risk transactions and licensing; enhance policies, screening protocols, compliance systems, audits, risk assessments, training, and investigations. Partner with Export, AML, CFIUS, business, vendor, consultant, and outside counsel teams while monitoring regulatory developments and supporting international growth.
