Leads end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain transformation for an SAP S/4HANA implementation. Owns program governance, deployment readiness, business adoption, process standardization, stakeholder alignment, risk management, executive reporting, and business value realization across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. Leads shop-floor system integrations, material movement and inventory processes, manufacturing master data readiness, testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and continuous improvement. The role also identifies manufacturing risks, supports go-live stabilization, and ensures system reliability, security, and scalability.

Directs US tax operations, including federal, international, state, consolidated, and unitary tax compliance. Oversees ASC 740 income tax reporting, uncertain tax positions, financial projections, Sarbanes-Oxley processes, tax audits, and M&A tax integration. Leads and develops the US Tax Operations team, coordinates with business tax directors, manages external advisors, evaluates tax-saving opportunities, and drives technology and process improvements.

Leads global transportation and warehouse logistics operations for Honeywell’s Process Technology business. Responsibilities include logistics transformation, warehouse network redesign, TMS implementation, carrier performance, cost reduction, SAP process updates, and continuous improvement across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role manages cross-functional initiatives, regional logistics leaders, and 3PL/4PL partners while driving operational excellence, delivery performance, process optimization, and strategic supply chain improvements.

Support Honeywell’s SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation for finance costing. Responsibilities include coordinating data migration, testing, validation, defect resolution, production-readiness gates, stakeholder collaboration, and end-user training. The role also supports cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and strategic insights within a manufacturing or process technology environment.

Supports global corporate treasury activities, including FX hedging, intercompany funding, net investment hedging, banking relationships, liquidity management, treasury systems, reporting, forecasting, and compliance. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and business teams to manage financial risks, optimize liquidity, maintain controls, and improve treasury processes.
