The Senior Growth Manager will drive demand generation, building relationships with potential clients, engaging with senior marketing leaders, activating campaigns, managing HubSpot data, and providing market intelligence.

Build and own Seers growth and demand motion: generate qualified pipeline through warm community and targeted net-new outreach, hold consultative conversations with senior marketing leaders, maintain HubSpot data and reporting, activate campaigns tied to content/events, and collaborate cross-functionally to convert attention into meetings and influence revenue.

The SEO & GEO Manager will develop digital marketing strategies for clients, enhance organic growth, and adapt to AI-driven search landscapes. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, analyzing performance data, and optimizing for traditional and generative search visibility.
