First full-time designer responsible for building FORTs design platform from 01 across hardware interaction, operator-facing software, and AI-assisted workflows. Define interaction models, hardware signaling, HRI patterns, AI-forward interfaces, run field research and usability testing, map end-to-end journeys, and partner with product, firmware, software, hardware, and ops to translate constraints into usable designs.

The Account Executive will lead sales efforts in the U.S., expanding business, managing accounts, and driving sales strategies in industrial automation and robotics sectors.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for FORT's control and safety platform. Define requirements, ensure compliance with functional-safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 13849), own safety-critical interfaces, support certification (e.g., SIL 3), drive customer discovery, enable new verticals, and coordinate cross-functional delivery, security integration, and go-to-market activities.

Responsible for leading sales efforts in Southeast and Central USA, managing strategic accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer engagement.
