Prioritize accounts using CRM and reporting dashboards, coordinate with field sales and operations teams, share customer insights with marketing and category teams, and track revenue, category adoption, and satisfaction performance.

Own the $40–50M Shopify-based B2B ecommerce business as its general manager, including P&L, revenue growth, profitability, merchandising, pricing, promotions, site experience, conversion, analytics, forecasting, and the Shopify roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams and influence Marketing and Operations partners to improve acquisition, AOV, retention, margins, and expansion into new customer segments.
