Greet visitors, answer and transfer calls on a multi-line phone, provide clerical support, handle confidential documents, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, prioritize workflow, meet deadlines, and support staff, clients, and guests.

Provide back-office services including reprographics, mail intake and processing, equipment loading and basic troubleshooting, QA of work, client interaction, and meeting contracted deadlines. Support hospitality, facilities, A/V, and reception tasks as needed.
