Advises executive clients, supports sales and service delivery, establishes practice standards, mentors engineers, and serves as the escalation point for complex engagements. The role is remote in the United States with up to 15% domestic travel and occasional after-hours support.

Own the enterprise architecture and technical direction for Certinia across PSA, Services Estimator, Revenue Management, and Salesforce. Translate business requirements into scalable platform designs, govern data models, security, automation, integrations, migrations, testing, releases, and upgrades. Partner with business and technology leaders, guide administrators and developers, document architecture decisions, support vendor relationships, and drive platform improvements across professional services, finance, billing, revenue, and resource-management processes.

Supports Client Directors by managing customer transactions from quote to cash, maintaining sales pipelines and forecasts, preparing pricing and proposals, coordinating orders and internal resources, resolving client issues, managing vendor relationships, and reviewing invoices. Manages complex observability implementation projects from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include Agile/Scrum coaching, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk and issue management, client communication, vendor coordination, service delivery, and project documentation. The role also identifies additional services opportunities, supports executive-level client interactions, tracks project performance, and improves project management processes using systems such as Salesforce and FinancialForce.

Defines and designs customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Gathers requirements, translates them into technical specifications, supports client workshops and demos, maintains documentation, coordinates sprint work, mentors junior team members, and assists with SDLC ceremonies. The role requires broad ServiceNow process expertise, integration knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, and travel of at least 25%.

Supports AHEAD’s strategic enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, executive reporting, dashboards, change management, and post-acquisition integration activities. The role partners with Transformation Leads across multiple Big Bets, helps resolve barriers, maintains alignment, and promotes consistent transformation practices. It requires strong program management, analytical, communication, and change management capabilities in a complex, ambiguous environment.

Lead and deliver ServiceNow technical projects using Agile and Waterfall. Coach teams on Scrum, remove impediments, manage scope/schedule/budget, coordinate vendors, interface with clients, analyze resource utilization, drive services revenue, and close projects with post-implementation reviews.
