Serves as a forward-deployed business analyst and consultant for financial services clients. Responsibilities include AI-enabled research and analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, strategic problem-solving, solution design, implementation support, UAT, stakeholder alignment, workstream management, and preparation of client-ready deliverables. The consultant partners with business and technology teams, supports digital and AI transformation initiatives, and contributes to proposals, business development, and financial services thought leadership.

Designs end-to-end cloud, data, machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agent-based architectures for client engagements. Leads architecture reviews, technical governance, production readiness, security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization. Partners with senior stakeholders, supports pre-sales scoping and proposals, mentors consultants and engineers, and develops AI reference architectures and internal accelerators.

Designs, deploys, and operationalizes generative AI solutions for clients, including LLM agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and conversational interfaces. The role also contributes to AI research, internal offerings, publications, and business development.

Designs, deploys, and integrates production generative AI solutions for clients, including LLM agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and conversational interfaces. Translates business needs into technical solutions, connects systems through APIs and databases, operates cloud deployments, and drives adoption through training and change management. Contributes to AI research, internal offerings, publications, and business development.

Serve as a forward-deployed business analyst and strategic advisor for financial services clients. Apply AI, analytics, automation, and consulting methods to analyze processes, define requirements, design solutions, support implementations, and drive business outcomes. Collaborate with business, product, data, and technology stakeholders; own workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, conduct testing support, and create executive-ready deliverables. Contribute to proposals, business development, and thought leadership on digital, data, and AI trends.

Lead and deliver payments consulting engagements: advise on U.S. payments regulations and standards, develop compliance frameworks, support product strategy and roadmaps, manage delivery using SAFe and Agile tools, drive business development, and coordinate cross-functional teams and client relationships.
