Architect and deliver high-scale NVIDIA GPU compute environments for enterprise AI workloads. Lead bare-metal provisioning, cluster management, operating-system hardening, scheduler and workload configuration, monitoring, performance validation, and day-two operations. Serve as a customer-facing technical authority, supporting presales discovery, architecture, bills of materials, estimation, and client workshops. Leads the design, implementation, integration, and operation of enterprise Zero Trust security solutions for a DoD client. Evaluates technologies, aligns architectures with DoD requirements, secures networks and systems, integrates cybersecurity monitoring and response tools, researches security improvements, and briefs client leadership. The role supports installation, migration, and configuration activities across multiple locations and requires extensive collaboration with network and hardware teams.

Supports the financial and operational health of project engagements by forecasting costs, revenue, and timelines; tracking budgets, utilization, burn rates, and project performance; conducting variance analysis and audits; supporting invoicing, compliance, and project changes; and providing data-driven insights. The role collaborates with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Services Operations teams to identify risks, maintain financial integrity, and support successful project outcomes.

Evaluate and develop compute technologies for an advanced technology lab. Design and build compute environments for sandboxes, proofs of concept, and lab-as-a-service engagements. Create architectural diagrams, access guides, test plans, use cases, and technical designs. Collaborate with customers, sales, partners, and internal teams; support business development and marketing initiatives; maintain OEM partnerships; and achieve certifications required for partner status.

Provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform: troubleshoot complex incidents, perform RCA, manage Microsoft escalations, maintain Dataverse and environment lifecycle, support integrations, document resolutions, and mentor lower tiers while following ITIL-aligned processes.

Designs and architects data solutions involving relational and cloud databases, large-scale data processing, ETL, integrations, APIs, analytics, and reporting. Collaborates with technical and business teams to model scenarios, define requirements, validate deliverables, document data flows, maintain data quality and privacy standards, and communicate architecture recommendations. Provides data expertise, stakeholder engagement, coaching, and mentorship while developing scalable solutions for business processes and decisions.

Develop and operationalize AI-native engineering tools, workflows, standards, and reference architectures across the enterprise. Research emerging technologies, build proofs of concept, integrate approved tools, and create scalable engineering patterns. Develop and deliver AI training, tutorials, documentation, presentations, and demonstrations for technical teams and executives. Support adoption through office hours, change management, stakeholder communication, troubleshooting, and feedback gathering.
