Architects and validates complex, multi-product Twilio solutions for enterprise customers, specializing in trust, identity, security, fraud, and compliance. Leads technical discovery, workshops, demos, proofs of concept, executive presentations, and solution validation. Partners with sales, solutions engineering, product, R&D, and marketing teams to influence roadmaps, create repeatable architecture patterns, communicate customer trends, and serve as a regional technical authority and thought leader.

Partner with Account Executives, guide customers on Twilio APIs, build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, support complex deals, contribute reusable sales materials, participate in architectural decisions, and mentor Solutions Engineers.

Lead global pricing and monetization strategy for product-led growth. Build price-optimization models, design executive dashboards (Tableau/Looker), analyze sales and usage data, and drive cross-functional execution to maximize revenue and simplify customer purchasing.

Own Twilio’s Trust Hub KYC products end to end, developing product vision, strategy, and roadmap; leading cross-functional planning, design, development, and launches; translating customer needs into requirements; analyzing product metrics; managing stakeholders; and conducting data-driven business reviews.
