Lead technical implementations of Talkdesk CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers. Design, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations with Epic, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, and other EHR, EMR, and CRM systems using HL7 and FHIR. Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor internal teams, create reusable implementation assets, ensure compliance and security, and advise executives and customers on CXA strategy and integration success.

Lead enterprise deployments of Talkdesk’s Agentic AI platform by architecting, building, testing, and deploying production AI agent solutions. Own technical execution, integrations, security, scalability, risk mitigation, and customer outcomes. Advise customer technical leaders, influence product and engineering roadmaps, develop reusable tooling, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires strong software engineering, AI architecture, systems integration, prompt engineering, and client-facing project leadership experience.

Serve as the senior technical partner for complex enterprise customers, leading onboarding, platform optimization, deployments, adoption, and technical roadmaps. Manage customer relationships, executive reviews, risks, escalations, and cross-functional initiatives while connecting product usage to business outcomes, renewals, and expansion. Translate technical requirements for diverse stakeholders, support sales cycles, analyze customer data, and promote change management, best practices, and long-term customer success.

Builds presentation, consulting, technical, and customer-facing skills through mentorship and hands-on experience. Travel to customer meetings, internal events, and team sessions may be required.

Provides strategic HR partnership to Sales and Marketing leaders across organizational design, sales compensation, talent planning, performance management, retention, engagement, and global employment practices. Leads AI fluency adoption, GTM workflow transformation, performance calibration, career development, and change initiatives while advising VP-level stakeholders in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Leads financial planning and analysis for Sales and Marketing, including budgets, forecasts, GTM modeling, SaaS metrics, variance analysis, investment decisions, and executive reporting. Partners with Sales Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and HR on capacity planning, demand-generation ROI, compensation modeling, and commission forecasting. Builds and develops an FP&A team while improving planning processes, systems, data integration, and reporting across CRM, planning, and BI tools.

Leads and scales a Financial Services and Insurance solution engineering team. Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, building repeatable pre-sales processes, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services, managing KPIs and forecasts, supporting complex enterprise deals, and navigating executive customer relationships, escalations, compliance requirements, and AI-powered SaaS solutions.

Design and implement complex software solutions for clients, leading discovery and scoping sessions, creating statements of work, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Partner with sales, product, implementation, and engineering teams to address gaps, prioritize roadmap features, improve methodologies, and deliver enterprise IT projects. Develops JavaScript tools and process improvements, advocates for customer needs, consults with client leadership, demonstrates features, and supports risk mitigation. Requires SIP/telephony expertise, strong communication, customer service, prioritization, and 2–4 years of SaaS support or IT project management experience.
