Diagnose pipeline gaps, align cross-functional GTM teams, manage full program lifecycle, track and analyze impact, iterate on tactics, and build AI-powered automations to scale programs while communicating results to sales leadership.

Lead enterprise customer implementations of Samsaras IoT platform, manage deployment plans, run trainings, track adoption and account health, coordinate cross-functionally, mentor teams, and ensure customers realize value and renewals.

Lead GTM business operations for Commercial and Mid-market segments: set strategy, advise sales leaders, own planning/forecasting, run cross-functional strategic projects, generate analytics and AI-driven insights, hire and lead a high-performing team.

Lead design and operation of large-scale data pipelines and data APIs. Build Spark/PySpark workflows on Databricks, optimize job performance, manage data quality and observability, and develop MCP servers and AI-agent integrations. Mentor engineers, define standards, support production incidents and on-call rotations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable data platform products.

Lead and grow a team of learning designers and content developers to build scalable, measurable sales learning programs. Partner with sales and enablement stakeholders to prioritize requests, set instructional standards, manage delivery, and iterate using data and feedback to improve seller effectiveness.

Lead and grow a distributed Enterprise Sales Engineering team, partner with regional sales and cross-functional stakeholders, manage pre-sales escalations, participate in customer calls, hire and develop talent, and scale the sales engineering motion to drive enterprise SaaS/IoT product adoption. Role requires travel and close collaboration with product, support, and customer success.

Lead and grow the Resident Consultant team to drive adoption, value realization, and renewals for enterprise Samsara customers. Define strategy, hire and develop consultants, manage executive stakeholder relationships, scale services, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead detection, response, and digital forensics for security incidents. Monitor alerts, perform technical analysis, act as Incident Commander, build automation and runbooks, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross-team investigations and insider threat work.
