Leads Enterprise Security services, setting and enforcing security standards across identity, endpoints, business applications, cloud infrastructure, networking, IoT, and automation. Partners with IT, SOC, vulnerability management, governance, and threat operations teams to secure applications, monitor environments, manage EDR policies, remediate vulnerabilities, assess risks, and maintain compliance. Own Rubrik’s customer story and CXO Visionaries programs from recruitment and discovery through content production, events, awards, and executive engagement. The role maintains relationships with partner and internal sales teams, helps communicate joint value propositions, and coordinates ecosystem solutions. It requires 2–4 years of partner, channel, or named-account sales experience and 30–40% travel.

Lead and scale strategic global systems integrator partnerships, driving co-selling, pipeline generation, revenue growth, executive alignment, QBRs, enablement, embedded solution adoption, forecasting, and complex deal execution across regions. Serve as the primary global business development liaison between Rubrik’s sales organization and GSI partner ecosystem, while developing new-logo opportunities and expanding customer outcomes.

Partner with SLED K-12 account executives to architect and position Rubrik’s data management and cyber resilience solutions. Provide technical leadership, solution consulting, architectural guidance, product demonstrations, and presentations to school districts, IT leaders, executives, and channel partners. Qualify opportunities based on technical needs, competition, procurement processes, and public-sector funding cycles while collaborating cross-functionally to support regional revenue goals.

Serve as the senior technical authority for global public cloud architecture across strategic customer engagements. Define reference architectures, standards, guardrails, and cloud service offerings; lead complex multi-region and multi-cloud designs; advise executive stakeholders; partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success; build reusable automation and technical IP; mentor architects; establish competency standards; and influence product roadmaps and delivery methodology.

Leads a global Deal Operations team responsible for exception quoting, case management, approval queues, service levels, and quarter-end execution. Drives cross-functional improvements across Sales, Finance, Renewals, IT, and CPQ, translating system complexity into recommendations, reducing manual work through process optimization and automation, and serving as the escalation point for complex quoting. Manages team performance, hiring, documentation, governance, and operational change.

Lead product marketing for cloud data protection: define strategy and positioning, run GTM launches and campaigns, produce content and sales enablement, manage competitive and analyst relations, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue, adoption, and market awareness.

Lead Rubrik’s global Professional Services Partner Enablement program, establishing governance, compliance, onboarding, performance monitoring, and lifecycle processes. Collaborate with global practice leaders, education teams, services leadership, and engineering to align enablement objectives. Develop specialized tracks for GSI, MSP, and SI partners, strengthen partner relationships, and scale the ecosystem through strategic program management and cross-functional execution.

Leads pre-sales professional services engagements, including scoping, proposals, quotes, statements of work, business cases, forecasting, and bookings. Partners with account executives, sales engineers, delivery teams, support, and resilience stakeholders to position services, conduct customer workshops, align scope with post-sale outcomes, and support larger deal closures. Requires expertise in change management, transformation, data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security. Travel is required up to 10%.
