As a Business Development Representative at GitLab, you'll prospect targeted accounts, generate meetings, collaborate with teams, and engage buyers for the AI-powered DevSecOps platform.

Serve as a strategic People Business Partner to senior Product and Marketing leaders, designing and executing talent, performance, succession, and organizational strategies. Drive workforce planning, calibrations, promotions, and compensation reviews; partner with TA, Rewards, and Development; surface people analytics to inform leadership decisions; support globally distributed teams and navigate change with both strategic guidance and hands-on execution.

Lead company-wide revenue forecasting, planning, and financial modeling for corporate FP&A. Drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements, produce analysis and commentary for finance leadership, support CFO and board deliverables, and partner with accounting and compensation teams to maintain operating and long-term financial models.

Lead and scale GitLab's Carahsoft partner ecosystem to generate partner-sourced pipeline across federal, state, local, and education markets. Design and run repeatable partner-led campaigns, perform account mapping and whitespace analysis, enable and activate partners, integrate partners into territory planning, support event-driven strategies, and provide forecasting and reporting to drive new customer acquisition and renewals.

Lead GitLab's Financial Services sales area to acquire new customers, expand accounts, and drive predictable ARR growth. Build and coach Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives, set strategy and forecasts, manage sales operations, and partner cross-functionally to deliver customer value and scalable growth.

Support U.S. government customers running GitLab in highly secure, constrained environments. Troubleshoot deeply using Linux, GitLab internals, logs, and CI/CD, reproduce and fix edge-case defects, contribute documentation and internal tools, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver durable solutions for FedRAMP, air-gapped, and classified deployments.
