Lead annual planning, forecasting, and CFO reporting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Build driver-based models, scenario analysis, and AI-enabled automation in FP&A. Manage a small team, partner with Accounting/Tax/Legal for SOX and IPO readiness, and produce board and investor materials.

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI Platform and Data Systems programs: define scope, plan milestones, track dependencies, manage risks, align executives, use AI to automate program workflows, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional engineering teams.
