Lead post-sales software implementations for veterinary clinic customers by gathering requirements, configuring solutions, conducting training, resolving issues, and managing onboarding progress. Build customer relationships, provide best-practice guidance, document configurations in the CRM, generate implementation reports, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams. The role establishes scalable playbooks and workflows, ensures projects remain on time and on scope, resolves complex customer issues, and travels approximately 10% for kickoffs, customer events, and conferences.

Designs and maintains customer training curricula, job aids, microlearning, e-learning, webinars, and live sessions for veterinary practice administrators and staff. Partners with implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to tailor enablement to customer workflows, improve knowledge-base content, identify learning gaps, and prepare users for successful go-live and independent product adoption.

Manage a portfolio of 500+ corporate accounts by driving adoption, monitoring account health, protecting retention, identifying expansion opportunities, delivering training and business reviews, and representing customer needs internally. Partner with strategic account managers, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to strengthen customer value and generate referrals. Travel up to 25% to build regional relationships.

Own the strategy, performance, and growth of strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding partners, managing budgets and ROI reporting, developing enablement programs, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, analyzing channel KPIs, representing the company at industry events, and identifying market and partnership opportunities.

Manage a portfolio of 400+ veterinary practice accounts, driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Use customer health data and product usage insights to identify risks and growth opportunities, deliver targeted communications, address customer needs, coordinate cross-functional support, and lead business reviews demonstrating ROI. The role combines high-touch relationship management with scalable digital engagement.
