The Senior Software Engineer will build and maintain features for PDQ's billing platform using Elixir, collaborate with teams, and troubleshoot issues.

Create and present technical content that engages sysadmins and IT pros across social platforms, webinars, podcasts, and events. Serve as an SME, manage brand ambassadors, review and produce technical content, track engagement/analytics, and collaborate across product, SEO, PR, and marketing teams to grow PDQ’s community and positioning.

The Solutions Engineer will support PDQ Connect and SimpleMDM, focusing on troubleshooting, client interactions, and providing feedback while handling technical issues in real-world environments.
