As an Enterprise Account Executive at Afresh, you will manage strategic sales for large grocers, building relationships, guiding through the sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Lead end-to-end integrations between customers and Afresh by scoping, designing, and delivering data interfaces that power ML models. Run technical discovery, document integration specifications, analyze and validate complex data, coordinate stakeholders, and collaborate with data engineering, product, and data science. Mentor junior teammates and improve integration processes to ensure on-time delivery and operational success.

Manage revenue, retention, and expansion for strategic enterprise grocery accounts. Own C-suite relationships, lead executive discovery and QBRs, coordinate internal product and operations alignment, and run complex renewals and expansion deals. Drive customer advocacy, joint marketing, and commercial strategies to maximize lifetime value and prevent churn.

Lead Afresh's accounting function: own month-end close, financial reporting, audit readiness, and ASC 606 revenue recognition. Build and mentor a small accounting team, modernize AP/AR/expense workflows using AI and automation, manage payroll/tax/treasury, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance. Deliver timely financial insights and partner with Finance, People, Legal, and business leaders.

Own end-to-end UX for a web-based enterprise ordering portal, converting AI-driven forecasts into actionable workflows. Design dashboards, exception workflows, agentic/conversational experiences, shared portal services (admin, permissions), and reusable components. Partner with product, ML, and engineering to ship product improvements that reduce food waste and drive business value.

Lead end-to-end customer integrations for Afresh's AI-driven grocery platform. Manage cross-functional technical deployments, build stakeholder relationships, create implementation plans, capture best practices, and scale processes to lower cost-to-serve while ensuring successful launches and continuous process improvement.

Own FP&A for a high-growth AI grocery startup: build and run forecasting, budgeting, and long-range plans; analyze variances; develop KPIs and dashboards; partner cross-functionally; prepare board-quality analysis; model scenarios for strategic decisions; and drive AI-enabled process improvements.

Lead Afresh's demand generation strategy across paid media, ABM/ABX, email, events, and webinars. Build account-driven programs, manage event execution, partner with Sales and PMM, evolve the AI-native marketing stack, define KPIs, and deliver full-funnel reporting that connects HubSpot, Salesforce, and the website to pipeline outcomes.
