Define information architecture, navigation, interaction principles, design standards, and experimentation frameworks. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and leadership to shape roadmaps, validate opportunities, improve measurable outcomes, and build customer trust. Lead hands-on design from vision through launch and iteration while mentoring designers and establishing reusable patterns, systems, and critique practices.

Lead analytical support for performance marketing by evaluating CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion, retention, and acquisition efficiency. Conduct deep-dive analyses, experimentation, incrementality studies, and marketing measurement using SQL, Python, and visualization tools. Build scalable reporting frameworks, improve data quality, communicate insights to senior stakeholders, influence channel and budget decisions, and mentor junior analysts.

Own Fetch’s user-focused financial models, including LTV/CAC, acquisition, retention, forecasting, and unit economics. Build SQL-powered data infrastructure, investigate anomalies, and partner with Data to resolve issues. Support forecast cycles, answer Finance and Growth questions, surface strategic insights, and translate user economics into clear narratives for leadership and investors. Manage and scale mobile app engagement campaigns from pipeline through launch, optimization, and ongoing performance management. Build operational processes, trackers, and operating rhythms; monitor campaign health and diagnose underperformance; coordinate Sales, Product, Tech, Implementation, and external partners; manage dependencies and issue resolution; and support advertiser activation, setup, MMP integrations, and launches.

Serve as incident commander and senior technical authority, mature the security program, lead audits and executive reporting, manage security risks, and hire and develop the Security Engineering team.

Own and build Fetch’s U.S. tax function across federal, state, local, direct, and indirect taxes. Establish tax policies, processes, controls, systems, calendars, and governance; oversee tax provisions, compliance, audits, notices, and tax planning. Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and business teams on product, revenue, and transaction tax implications. Manage external advisors and tax technology while developing scalable internal capabilities for a high-growth technology business.

Build and improve machine learning systems for ad ranking, relevance, and optimization.
