Coordinate analyst briefings, evaluations, submissions, and executive presentations. Build intelligence networks and partner with GTM Systems and Applied AI teams to create repeatable AI-powered workflows.

Leads the Tooling engineering team responsible for developer experience, CI/CD, deployment automation, release workflows, observability, internal developer platforms, and AI-assisted engineering tools. Partners with Infrastructure, Security, and Product Engineering leaders to improve reliability, engineering productivity, software delivery performance, and developer satisfaction. Sets technical direction, manages roadmaps, coaches engineers, and drives cross-functional platform initiatives.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise Sales, Commercial Sales, Sales Development, and other GTM functions. Lead enterprise software implementation projects across Sprout Social’s product suite, guiding customers through design, configuration, setup, training, validation, change management, and handoff to Customer Success. Configure permissions, account architecture, taxonomies, and routing rules; manage timelines, deliverables, and compliance using professional services tools. Train administrators and end users, support integrations, standardize implementation workflows, and consult with senior customer stakeholders to drive adoption and value.

Lead Sprout's centralized Decision Analytics function to transform reporting into predictive, insight-driven decision-making. Set vision, operating model, and standards; manage managers, analysts, and data scientists across domain pods; partner with senior stakeholders; champion AI and ML integration; drive change management and build a high-impact analytics culture.
