Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations and automation using Workato (primary) and middleware. Architect REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, batch and event-driven workflows, and integrate ServiceTitan, Workday, Salesforce, and ERP systems. Monitor and support integration operations, lead vendor projects, implement AI/ML API-driven processes, produce documentation, and contribute to integration platform architecture and governance.

Manage long-term success of enterprise and franchise accounts by building relationships, coaching users, driving product adoption, gathering usage intelligence, leading onboarding and escalations, analyzing engagement KPIs, and collaborating with product and support to improve customer outcomes and evangelism.

Lead ownership of the Salesforce platform with emphasis on CPQ and Billing: design and deliver Apex/LWC/Flow solutions, manage integrations (REST/SOAP, platform events, middleware), run CI/CD, enforce development best practices, mentor engineers, and apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Manage post-sales relationships for a book of enterprise accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and adoption of core and Pro Product modules. Build executive relationships, collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Success, Implementation, Sales Engineers), negotiate complex contracts, forecast in Salesforce, and travel regionally to maximize account value and retention.

Provide first-line technical support for ServiceTitans financial modules, troubleshoot accounting integrations (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct), advise on accounting best practices, resolve complex financial workflow issues via phone/chat/email/screen-share, and help customers optimize invoicing, AR, job costing, and month-end processes.

Lead ServiceTitan's Australian product roadmap, localize core platform for compliance and market fit, drive customer discovery with Australian contractors, coordinate with global engineering and GTM teams, measure region-specific metrics, and launch/iterate products to establish long-term retention and sales enablement.
