Owns Payscale’s website growth across SEO, AI search visibility, CRO, analytics, and conversion optimization. Responsibilities include technical SEO, keyword strategy, AEO, landing-page performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, Webflow implementation, GA4 and GTM reporting, dashboard development, funnel analysis, and AI-assisted insights. Partners with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to improve traffic, engagement, and pipeline conversion.

Own the full renewal lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including risk assessment, forecasting, procurement processes, negotiations, multi-year agreements, and closing. Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk to protect recurring revenue and identify expansion opportunities.
