Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to acquire net-new enterprise customers, improve forecasting and pipeline hygiene, inspect deals, drive adoption of Salesforce/Gong/Outreach, analyze sales data, partner cross-functionally, and hire and develop top enterprise sales talent to meet quota and increase win rates and contract value.

Manage an enterprise territory end-to-end: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, and meet revenue and activity quotas. Drive pipeline generation, coordinate internal resources, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles while tracking ACV, win rate, and cross-sell metrics.
