The role requires strong software architecture fundamentals and an interest in networking, observability, and computer systems internals.

Lead MongoDB's global Partner Program end-to-end: design program architecture, tiering, incentives, and certification; manage a team of Partner Program Managers; partner with PRM, Sales, Enablement, and Digital/AI teams to operationalize and automate program rules; measure ROI and program-driven pipeline; and present program health to senior leadership.
