Leads Strategic and Growth Customer Success teams serving post-acute and outpatient facilities. Responsibilities include improving retention, reducing churn, driving expansion, developing account strategies and playbooks, coaching CSMs, forecasting capacity, analyzing customer health and market data, managing escalations, and representing customer insights to Product and executive leadership. The role is fully remote with occasional local and overnight travel.

Own onboarding, ramp, playbooks, and enablement content, leverage AI and conversation intelligence, define success metrics with RevOps, and measure impact to improve seller behavior and business outcomes.

Drive greenfield enterprise sales for Medely's Talent Fusion platform by building pipeline through outbound prospecting and executive networking. Own full sales cycle, open new hospital and health system logos, navigate complex buying committees, negotiate MSAs and multi-product agreements, manage 3-6 month sales cycles, and partner cross-functionally to ensure long-term customer success and influence product and GTM strategy.

Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Flex marketplace. Own initiatives end-to-end from discovery through launch, use data and research to prioritize, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams, measure outcomes, and apply AI/LLMs pragmatically to improve matching, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.
