Lead product and strategy operations for a large engineering department: own OKR/QBR cycles, roadmaps, weekly execution alignment, centralize artifacts, transform workflows to AI-native, coordinate cross-functional intake, flag risks, and drive high-priority cross-functional projects from inception to launch.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Life360 Ads, translating ad product capabilities into verticalized, outcomes-oriented solutions. Influence product roadmap, build sales enablement (training, narratives, collateral), coordinate cross-functional launches, and drive adoption to generate measurable advertiser outcomes and larger deals.

Own and engineer Life360's enterprise identity platform: architect SSO, lifecycle workflows, MFA, group provisioning in IaC, automate access governance, device trust, and consolidate legacy identity. Build IAM KPIs, codify provisioning in Terraform, integrate with HR and access-request tooling, and use AI coding agents to draft and validate infrastructure and policy changes.

Drive revenue by selling Life360 Ads and Nativo native/content solutions to brands and agencies. Manage full sales cycle, build pipeline, craft strategic campaigns, respond to RFPs, meet quotas, and represent the company at client and industry events.

Own consolidated monthly forecasting, long-range planning, headcount and payroll reporting, and executive-level analyses. Act as Pigment subject-matter expert, partner with People & Talent, support investor relations and cash-flow forecasting, and drive automation and AI-enabled FP&A improvements across the company.

Lead architecture and implementation of high-throughput, low-latency AdServer and Exchange services. Design scalable, resilient distributed systems, integrate demand/supply partners, improve RTB/auction capabilities, advance observability and automation (including AI-driven testing/IaC), and mentor engineers to increase platform reliability and revenue growth.
