The Sales Engineer will support Account Executives by aligning Superhuman's solutions with educational institutions’ needs, delivering demos, conducting POCs, and engaging with technical stakeholders.

Lead and scale B2B paid acquisition across Commercial, Education, and Enterprise. Own full-funnel media strategy, campaign execution, forecasting, measurement, attribution, experimentation, and cross-functional alignment. Manage 1-2 specialists and contractors while driving performance against CAC, LTV, pipeline, and revenue goals.

Lead the commissions function end-to-end: plan design, quota support, calculation and payout, CaptivateIQ administration, reporting, dispute resolution, and scaling processes and team to align incentives with company GTM and pricing evolution.

Lead and coach a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives to drive Superhuman Go enterprise sales, co-sell Mail and Docs, manage pipeline and forecasting, partner cross-functionally, support key negotiations, hire and ramp reps, and inform product and GTM strategy to expand platform footprint at large accounts.

Build and operate high-throughput backend services powering AI agent orchestration, connector integrations, and real-time data pipelines. Design scalable core platform services, collaborate with ML, frontend, and product teams, implement infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD, and mentor junior engineers to deliver reliable, AI-powered features.

Lead demand generation programs for Superhuman Mail, collaborating with Sales and other teams to drive marketing-sourced pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, optimization, and performance analysis.
