Provide day-to-day IT support via ticketing, assist with server migrations, virtualization, Azure tenant support, AD/GPO management, Windows Server administration, SAN/NAS and network device maintenance, and FTP/sFTP operations while following standards and contributing to projects.

Provide technical support and relationship-driven service to assigned clients via phone, email, and ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve software issues, deploy updates, document interactions and SOWs, escalate as needed, and meet support metrics while collaborating with internal teams.
